Nexora is a growing e-learning startup offering self-paced tech courses for African youth. They had a strong mission, a solid curriculum, but a website that wasn’t keeping up — poor engagement, slow loading times, and confusing navigation were affecting sign-ups.


⚠️ The Problem: Traffic Without Conversion

Despite running campaigns and getting decent traffic, Nexora’s bounce rate was high and user retention low. Their outdated site structure, lack of interactive elements, and mobile-unfriendly design were costing them leads.


💡 Our Solution: Strategic Redesign with Built-In Interactivity

We started by running a full funnel and behavior analysis using Hotjar and GA4. From those insights, we:

  • Redesigned the UI/UX with a clean, modern layout optimized for mobile and learning engagement.

  • Integrated interactive elements like course previews, hover tooltips, and animated progress bars.

  • Streamlined the sign-up process and added automated onboarding flows connected to their CRM.

  • Boosted performance speed by optimizing media files and using lightweight tech stacks.

All designs were tested using Figma prototypes, then deployed with a responsive, custom-coded frontend.
