I am Charles Green — a technologist, strategist, and the founder of Lero Agency. Born in Wichita Falls, Texas and now based in Santa Monica, California, I’ve spent the last two decades helping brands turn complexity into clarity. My journey began in the world of marketing, but I quickly realized that true growth comes from more than just visibility — it comes from building systems that scale.
